you can also do this in the editor which you open from the right click menu. the option is under settings/'presets/hotkeys'.

Long anwser: An AVS preset is a bunch of settings and/or script code for the AVS program. The end resault of putting theese settings in the program is a real time generated animation which is controled/driven by the sound data of the music you are listening to, and can be anything from a spining 3d object to an abstract color flow.
To view them you need winamp and the plugin, which you can both get with a 'full' instalatuon of Winamp. After insalling those you install this pack with the EXE you download. Then go to Winamps preferences and chose AVS from the list of visualization plugins then start it. When you got it runing right klick on the plugins window and choose the preset you want to view from the list.
